- Syndax will present fourteen revumenib abstracts, including seven oral presentations, at the December ASH meeting.
- The company also plans an investor event on December 14 to discuss data from Revuforj and Niktimvo programs.
Syndax Pharmaceuticals said on Wednesday, November 4, that 19 abstracts covering Revuforj and Niktimvo had been accepted for the 68th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting in New Orleans from December 12 to 15. The announcement from Syndax Pharmaceuticals puts new leukemia data and longer-term chronic graft-versus-host disease data ahead of the next clinical catalyst.
Multiple Programs Reach ASH
Revumenib accounts for 14 of the accepted abstracts, with seven selected for oral presentation. The program includes updated results from the BEAT AML and SAVE studies in newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia, post-transplant maintenance data, measurable residual disease relapse work and real-world outcomes.
The company said the presentations will cover patients with NPM1-mutated, KMT2A-rearranged and NUP98-rearranged acute leukemia. Syndax also plans to present five axatilimab abstracts, including long-term efficacy and safety data from the AGAVE-201 study in recurrent or refractory chronic graft-versus-host disease.
December Event Sets Data Focus
Syndax plans an in-person investor event and webcast on Monday, December 14, from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Management is expected to discuss data presented at ASH, making the meeting a near-term point for investors monitoring the commercial and clinical development of the two approved products.
