The company had announced a new acquisition on October 2, with its subsidiary Tessara Blue B.V. buying 100 percent of g.on experience GmbH for a preliminary EUR 7.2 million, according to Parkiet.

Sygnity expands its IT platform

The acquired German company develops and maintains geolocation-based solutions for complex infrastructure. Its customers include airports, industrial and chemical facilities, shopping and residential centers, electricity suppliers and public administration, according to Parkiet. The deal was completed through Tessara, a wholly owned Sygnity subsidiary, and involved the company's majority shareholder TSS Europe B.V. The purchase price remains subject to settlement after the transaction closes, giving investors a defined acquisition figure but leaving the final amount open.
