Luxshare stock holds after a 15% to 25% profit outlook
Published on 08/29/2026 at 14:51 | Editorial responsibility: Rafael Müller, Editor-in-Chief AD HOC NEWSLuxshare stock traded at CNY 56.60 on August 28, 2026, with a market cap of CNY 437.961 billion and a 52-week range of CNY 42.99 to CNY 81.78. The latest company update points to net income of RMB 13.25 billion to RMB 14.40 billion for the nine months ending September 30, 2026, versus RMB 1.59 per share in the prior-year period.
What changed
The new outlook was published on August 28, 2026, and it sets a current range for basic earnings per share at RMB 1.79 to RMB 1.95. That is a year-over-year increase of 15% to 25% in net income, which gives investors a concrete reference point for the rest of 2026.
Consumer electronics, communications and data center, and automotive electronics all remain part of the growth mix. In the first half of 2026, consumer electronics revenue rose 19.3% year over year to RMB 122.48 billion, communications and data center revenue increased 49.7% to RMB 16.61 billion, and automotive electronics revenue jumped 274.1% to RMB 32.39 billion.
Why the numbers matter
The margin trend is part of the story too. Gross margin improved by 17 basis points to 11.78% in the first half of 2026, while capital expenditures reached RMB 10.27 billion and research and development spending climbed 43.1% to RMB 6.57 billion.
Those figures suggest a company still spending into product ramps and customer programs while converting scale into higher earnings power. For investors, the comparison is straightforward: first-half revenue grew 40.2% to RMB 171.48 billion, while the nine-month profit outlook points to a slower but still solid finish to the year.
Business lines in motion
Luxshare's communications and data center unit is tied to AI infrastructure, with batch shipments of 1.6T DAC, ACC and AEC products and volume production of 800G optical products. The company also said rear-wheel steering products have entered mass production on mainstream vehicle models in China, adding a separate operating driver outside consumer electronics.
That mix helps explain why the stock can hold investor attention even when the headline is not a dramatic surprise. The company is not leaning on one segment alone, and the first-half numbers show that shift clearly.
Product angle
Luxshare sells consumer electronics products such as TWS headsets, smart wearables, WiFi 7 mesh routers and conference expansion docks. It also supplies connectors, cables and module-level systems used across devices, vehicles and data center hardware.
Price and view
At CNY 56.60, Luxshare trades below its 52-week high of CNY 81.78 and above its 52-week low of CNY 42.99. The market is now weighing a CNY 437.961 billion valuation against a nine-month profit range that still implies double-digit growth.
