Kogeneracja reported PLN 206.84 million in consolidated net income for the first half of 2026, up 38.28 percent from PLN 149.58 million a year earlier. The report dated September 8, 2026 also showed a PLN 6.21 million net loss in the second quarter, compared with PLN 22.38 million of net income in the same period of 2025, according to MarketScreener.

Revenue and profit improved

Group sales reached PLN 1.54 billion in the first half of 2026, compared with PLN 1.35 billion in the first half of 2025. That represents growth of 14.16 percent. Operating profit increased to PLN 245.35 million from PLN 184.53 million, a gain of 32.96 percent, according to Bankier.pl.

The earnings improvement was supported by higher energy and heat sales. The group sold 1,552 GWh of electricity in the first half of 2026, compared with 1,380 GWh a year earlier, while heat sales rose to 6,536 TJ from 5,926 TJ, according to WNP.

Cash flow creates a counterweight

Operating cash flow declined to PLN 327.92 million in the first half of 2026 from PLN 465.94 million in the first half of 2025, a reduction of 29.62 percent. The contrast matters: accounting profit improved, while cash generation weakened during a period of continued investment.

Capital expenditure reached PLN 67.60 million in the first half of 2026, and future obligations under signed investment contracts totaled PLN 182.38 million. The figures point to a business that is expanding its operating base while retaining a meaningful funding requirement, as reported by GPW Alert.

Next report is scheduled

The next report is expected on November 24, 2026, according to Stockd. For Kogeneracja stock, the central tension is therefore numerical rather than rhetorical: stronger first-half earnings and sales stand beside a quarterly loss and lower operating cash flow.
