ISA stock delivered COP 1.7 trillion in net income during the first half of 2026, a 9 percent increase from the same period a year earlier. The result came with EBITDA of COP 4.9 trillion, up 20 percent, according to Yahoo Finance on August 3, 2026.

First half gains 9 percent

The second-quarter figures were even stronger in selected areas. Net income reached COP 695 billion, up 53 percent from the second quarter of 2025, while quarterly EBITDA rose 62 percent to COP 2.7 trillion, the company said in the results call.

Investment execution also accelerated. ISA invested COP 1.7 trillion in the second quarter, 23 percent more than in the same period of 2025, with 73 percent directed to energy transmission, 25 percent to roads and 2 percent to telecommunications.

COP 31.908 billion debt operation

On September 18, 2026, Colombia's Ministry of Finance authorized ISA to modify the terms of an existing Transelca loan for up to COP 31.908 billion. As El Fondo reported on September 22, 2026, the change covers maturity, repayment scheduling and interest terms, while the authorization does not increase the debt balance.

The balance sheet remains the key counterweight to the growth story. ISA reported consolidated debt of COP 34.2 trillion at June 30, 2026, up 0.7 percent from the end of 2025, and a gross debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 3.6 times in the results presentation.
