Integer Holdings reported weaker third-quarter results on October 29, with sales and adjusted earnings declining from a year earlier. The medical device manufacturer also said it would not provide financial outlook or hold an earnings call because of its pending transaction with an affiliate of KKR. The company release covered the three months ended October 2, 2026.
Sales and adjusted profit decline
Sales fell 3.9 percent to 449.661 million US dollars, while organic sales declined 2.2 percent. GAAP operating income dropped 50 percent to 28.209 million US dollars, and adjusted operating income decreased 22.8 percent to 66.290 million US dollars.

Cardio and vascular sales decreased 5.1 percent to 263.076 million US dollars. Cardiac rhythm management and neuromodulation sales rose 3.9 percent to 175.835 million US dollars, partly offsetting the decline. Other Markets sales fell to 10.750 million US dollars from 21.386 million US dollars, primarily because of the Portable Medical exit.
