- Third-quarter sales volume increased, led by Brazil, while Argentina and Paraguay recorded declines.
- Adjusted EBITDA growth outpaced revenue growth during the first nine months.
- A green bond issued in August supports refinancing and eligible sustainability projects.
Embotelladora Andina reported stronger results for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, according to a Form 6-K filed on October 27 and read through StockTitan. Net income attributable to the owners of the parent reached 197.164 billion Chilean pesos, while consolidated net sales rose to 2.675065 trillion Chilean pesos.
Profit growth outpaced revenue
Adjusted EBITDA increased to 488.932 billion Chilean pesos, up 16.9% year over year, compared with 11.8% growth in net sales. Operating income rose 15.5% to 346.640 billion Chilean pesos, and the adjusted EBITDA margin expanded to 18.3%.
In the third quarter, sales volume reached 226.1 million unit cases, an increase of 2.5%. Brazil was the strongest volume contributor, with quarterly volume up 7.7%, while Argentina and Paraguay recorded declines. Management said higher volumes, pricing and cost control supported the quarter, although rising oil and PET resin costs weighed on distribution and production expenses.
Cash flow and financing
Operating cash flow rose to 313.347 billion Chilean pesos from 246.706 billion a year earlier. Net cash flow was negative at 852 million Chilean pesos after investment and financing outflows. In August, the company issued a local-market green bond for 2.5 million Unidades de Fomento at a 2.95% yield to maturity, with maturity set for September 30, 2030.
Embotelladora Andina also scheduled an interim dividend for October 29, 2026, of 36.5 Chilean pesos per Series A share and 40.15 Chilean pesos per Series B share. For investors, the results point to solid reported growth across Brazil, Chile and Paraguay, while Argentina's local-currency weakness and softer volumes remain relevant risks.
