Elton stock is backed by stronger first-half profitability, with group sales reaching EUR 94.92 million in the six months ended June 30, 2026. Euro2day reported the results on September 23, 2026, including a 35.20 percent increase in group EBITDA.

Sales growth reaches 5.50 percent

The first-half sales increase was accompanied by higher volumes. Group quantities traded rose 8.50 percent from the prior-year period, while company-level volumes advanced 10.30 percent.

The group gross profit margin reached 17.60 percent, compared with 15.50 percent in the first half of 2025. That 2.10 percentage-point improvement gives the sales growth more operating weight because profitability increased faster than revenue.

Pre-tax profit rises to EUR 4.00 million

Group pre-tax profit rose to EUR 4.00 million from EUR 2.30 million a year earlier, an increase of 74.40 percent. Company-level pre-tax profit reached EUR 2.20 million, up from EUR 1.60 million in the comparable period.

The balance sheet also improved. Net debt stood at EUR 15.40 million on June 30, 2026, down from EUR 16.70 million on December 31, 2025, while company net debt fell to EUR 14.09 million from EUR 15.90 million.

Distribution network supports expansion

Elton combines chemical distribution with logistics and supply-chain services. Its investor-relations page says the group operates 35,000 square meters of logistics facilities and handles more than 250,000 metric tons of products annually across 10 countries, including markets in Southeast Europe, Ukraine and Turkey.

The group also expects to complete the absorption of N.Lekos Chemicals during 2026. The acquired business supplies food-industry raw materials, including products for dairy, meat and bakery manufacturers, extending Elton's product range beyond its established chemical distribution activities.

Elton stock remains tied to execution

The first-half figures show a clear comparison: sales grew 5.50 percent, while EBITDA increased 35.20 percent and pre-tax profit advanced 74.40 percent. For investors, the next test is whether margin expansion and lower debt continue as the group integrates N.Lekos and expands value-added products across its regional network.
