Ukraine adds a faster growth engine
Ukraine remained the group's fastest-growing market in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue of PLN 18.60 million, up 19.00 percent year over year, according to Foreign Ukraine. The Polish business remained larger, producing PLN 157.90 million of revenue in the same quarter, up 9.00 percent year over year.
That mix gives the October favorite two distinct operating signals: Poland supplies scale, while Ukraine supplies faster growth. The counterweight is volume. Robota.ua recorded 344,000 recruitment projects in the second quarter, down 2.00 percent from the prior year, including 132,000 paid projects, down 8.00 percent.
