DLF reported stronger profit but weaker operating revenue for the quarter ended September 2026, according to Business Standard. Consolidated net profit rose 11.1 percent year on year to INR 1,301.35 crore, while revenue from operations fell 23.3 percent to INR 1,260.58 crore.

Profit rises as revenue contracts

Net profit increased from INR 1,171 crore in the year-ago quarter and rose 63.9 percent from Q1 FY27. EBITDA increased 17.5 percent year on year to INR 1,060 crore, according to the report.

New sales bookings climbed 478.7 percent from the preceding quarter to INR 3,800 crore. Business Standard also reported that DLF's Aureva project was completely sold out, highlighting continued demand for selected premium developments.

Cash position supports expansion

Operating cash flow improved 41.2 percent from the previous quarter to INR 1,858 crore. DLF's net cash position stood at INR 15,084 crore after a dividend outflow of INR 1,980 crore.

The company's rental portfolio spans approximately 50 million square feet, providing a recurring-income component alongside its development operations. The combination of bookings and liquidity remains important as DLF advances its project pipeline, while the decline in operating revenue keeps execution and revenue recognition in focus.
