AVAX stock raises 2030 EBITDA guidance to EUR 230 million
Published on 10/08/2026 at 09:13 | Editorial responsibility: Rafael Müller, Editor-in-Chief AD HOC NEWSAVAX stock (ISIN GRS213213002) is backed by a higher 2030 EBITDA target of EUR 230 million, up from EUR 150 million, after the group presented its revised plan on October 7, 2026. The update shifts the investment debate from current execution to how quickly construction, concessions and energy can add to earnings.
Guidance rises by EUR 80 million
According to Euro2day on October 7, 2026, AVAX lifted its 2030 EBITDA guidance by EUR 80 million, or 53.3 percent, to EUR 230 million. Construction contributes a new target of EUR 120 million versus EUR 90 million previously, while concessions are targeted at EUR 55 million versus EUR 35 million.
The plan also includes EUR 700 million of new investment through 2030, with EUR 570 million expected to come from non-recourse borrowing. AVAX said net debt to EBITDA was 2.1 times and should remain below 3 times through 2030, giving the expansion plan a measurable leverage constraint.
First-half revenue edges higher
AVAX reported first-half 2026 revenue of EUR 472.0 million, compared with EUR 467.5 million in the same period of 2025, a 0.9 percent increase. Euro2day reported on September 23, 2026, that first-half EBITDA was EUR 68.3 million, compared with EUR 70.1 million in the prior-year period, while net profit was EUR 27.3 million versus EUR 28.5 million.
The order backlog stood at EUR 3.0 billion in the first half, compared with EUR 2.8 billion at the end of 2025. That 7.1 percent increase provides the clearest operating counterweight to the lower EBITDA and net profit figures.
Consensus leaves room above the close
MarketScreener lists a Buy consensus from two analysts, with an average target of EUR 4.675. Its consensus page also shows a low target of EUR 4.50 and a high target of EUR 4.85, framing the market view around the group's execution of its investment program.
AVAX stock closed at EUR 3.38
AVAX stock closed at EUR 3.38 in Athens on October 1, 2026. The dated close and the 2030 guidance increase put the key investor question on future earnings conversion rather than on backlog size alone.
