Ailleron reports stronger second quarter: what it means for Ailleron stock
Published on 10/06/2026 at 06:10 | Editorial responsibility: Rafael Müller, Editor-in-Chief AD HOC NEWSAilleron (ISIN PLWNDMB00010) reported stronger second-quarter operating performance on September 28, 2026, with revenue reaching PLN 149.2 million and EBITDA rising to PLN 20.1 million. The figures give Ailleron stock a clearer operating benchmark as the group enters the second half of 2026.
Second-quarter growth accelerates
According to Ailleron on September 28, 2026, second-quarter revenue increased 7.00 percent year over year to PLN 149.2 million, while EBITDA grew 21.10 percent to PLN 20.1 million. Operating profit rose 31.20 percent to PLN 14.3 million, and the EBITDA margin reached 13.5 percent versus 11.9 percent in the same period a year earlier.
The comparison shows where the acceleration occurred. First-half revenue increased 2.40 percent year over year to PLN 289.9 million, while EBITDA rose 6.70 percent to PLN 39.4 million. Net profit was PLN 23.4 million, only PLN 0.2 million above the prior-year period.
Technology services carry the group
Technology Services generated PLN 257.5 million of first-half revenue, equal to 88.80 percent of group sales, according to Ailleron. Its EBITDA reached PLN 35.4 million at a 13.7 percent margin. The FinTech segment remained smaller at PLN 32.4 million of revenue, but EBITDA improved to PLN 4.0 million from PLN 1.6 million in the prior-year period.
International sales totaled PLN 210.9 million in the first half, representing 72.80 percent of revenue. The United States contributed PLN 107.0 million, while European Union sales reached PLN 93.0 million and grew 11.10 percent year over year.
Next report arrives November 26
Ailleron's investor-relations page lists November 26, 2026, for the quarterly report covering the third quarter of 2026. The next report will show whether the second-quarter margin improvement can continue after the group absorbed PLN 5.4 million of strategic-options-review costs in the first half.
For investors, the key contrast is between the 2.40 percent first-half revenue increase and the 21.10 percent second-quarter EBITDA growth. That spread points to operating leverage, while the 13.5 percent quarterly margin remains the clearest measure of execution.
