Yara said in a September 15, 2026 corporate release that the foundation for employees’ shares purchased 58,200 Yara shares at an average price of NOK 449.9812 per share under the employee share purchase program in Norway. Employees purchased 58,139 shares, with 926 employees participating. Yara International published the details.
Carbon-capture facility inaugurated
Yara also announced on September 7, 2026, that an industrial carbon-capture facility at its Sluiskil plant in the Netherlands had been inaugurated. The facility can capture and liquefy up to 800,000 tons of carbon dioxide annually from ammonia production, while the project is expected to capture and store approximately 12 million tons over 15 years.
