Momentum acquisition completed
On September 3, 2026, Williams announced that it had closed its acquisition of Momentum Midstream in a transaction valued at approximately USD 5.5 billion. The consideration included approximately USD 3.5 billion in cash and debt and roughly USD 2 billion in Williams equity, according to the company’s Business Wire release.
