Leases signed in Helsingborg

In a September 3, 2026 release, Wihlborgs said it had signed several new leases with new and existing tenants at Berga, an industrial and business area in northern Helsingborg. The agreements cover a total of 3,500 square meters.

Wihlborgs said two technology and industrial businesses that already lease space in the area will expand. One will move to another Wihlborgs property under a five-year agreement and add 1,500 square meters. The other will add approximately 600 square meters under a seven-year agreement, bringing its total leased area to approximately 1,800 square meters.

Autoexperten, a Wihlborgs tenant since 2017, will move to larger premises at Kroksabeln 19 and expand from 400 to 1,100 square meters under a five-year agreement. The company also said Avarn and Carglass had expanded their leased areas in Berga.
