WDP stock reports completion of EUR 400 million capital increase

WDP has completed a EUR 400 million capital increase through an accelerated private placement. The company issued more than 20.6 million new shares to qualified and institutional investors.

WDP completed a EUR 400 million capital increase on October 2, 2026, according to a company release.

New shares issued

WDP said it issued 20,618,556 new shares at an issue price of EUR 19.40 per share. The transaction was conducted through an exempt accelerated private placement with international qualified and institutional investors, the company said in its October 2 release.

Capital structure

Following the issue, WDP reported total capital of EUR 300,826,420.47, represented by 262,567,638 fully paid-up shares. Each share carries one voting right, according to the WDP filing.
