VF Corporation highlighted progress on climate, human-rights, traceability and worker-rights initiatives in its FY26 Environmental and Social Responsibility Report, released September 23, 2026. The company said it achieved its FY30 target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse-gas emissions by 55% ahead of schedule and met its FY26 target to use 100% renewable electricity across owned-or-leased facilities. VF Corporation said the achievements were supported in part by on-site renewable generation and renewable-energy credits.
Worker and community programs
VF also reported that its Worker and Community Development program has reached more than 1.2 million people in 16 countries through 35 projects since 2017, with 15 projects active in FY26. The report covers additional initiatives involving sustainable materials, circularity, supply-chain efforts and human rights. VF Corporation said circularity initiatives expanded across The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Smartwool and Altra during FY26.
