Share repurchases reported
In a release published by Placera on October 5, Trelleborg AB said it had repurchased 89,500 of its own Series B shares between September 28 and October 2. The purchases were made under a buyback program of up to 7.5 million Series B shares and a maximum total value of SEK 2.00 billion.
The company said the program is intended to adjust its capital structure and support delivery of shares and related costs for the Performance Share Program 2026/2028. After the transactions, Trelleborg held 3,307,765 treasury Series B shares. The purchases were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank on behalf of Trelleborg.
