September trading statement
In its September 11, 2026 trading statement covering the six months ended August 31, 2026, Trainline reported unaudited group net ticket sales of GBP 3.263 billion, flat year over year. Underlying revenue was GBP 233 million, down 1.00 percent year over year. The company’s RNS announcement said digital railcard users grew 26.00 percent year over year to more than three million.
Trainline reaffirmed its FY2027 guidance for group net ticket sales of GBP 6.20 billion to GBP 6.45 billion and group underlying revenue of GBP 440 million to GBP 455 million. Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of net ticket sales was guided at approximately 2.90 percent, with International Consumer expected to reach breakeven during the year.
