Oncology pipeline updates
Takeda said its oncology pipeline will be featured at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress in Madrid from October 23 through October 27, 2026. The company plans to present late-breaking Phase 3 data for arcotatug tavatecan in previously treated advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, along with two presentations on TAK-928. Clinical and real-world analyses of ALUNBRIG and FRUZAQLA are also scheduled. Takeda said enrollment is ongoing in the global Phase 3 MarsLight-11 study and that it will add a non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer sub-trial.
Psoriasis study results
In Phase 3 LATITUDE Atlas results presented at the EADV Congress 2026, Takeda reported that 36.5% of patients receiving zasocitinib achieved complete skin clearance at week 16, compared with 13.9% of patients receiving deucravacitinib. PASI 90 rates were 62.5% and 34.0%, respectively. Takeda said zasocitinib is under review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the European Medicines Agency for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.
