Snam renews funding programs ahead of November results date

Snam’s Board of Directors approved the annual renewal of the Euro Medium Term Notes program and the three-year renewal of the Euro Commercial Paper program on September 30, 2026, according to the company’s press release.
Funding programs renewed
The maximum overall amount of the EMTN program remains EUR 15.00 billion. Snam said its Board authorized one or more bond issuances within the program’s residual capacity, which was approximately EUR 2.60 billion at the time of the announcement. The company reported aggregate EMTN issuance of approximately EUR 12.40 billion to date.
The ECP program was renewed for three years with a maximum amount of EUR 3.50 billion. Snam said the program supports diversification of short-term funding sources and treasury and liquidity management. Outstanding Euro Commercial Paper totaled approximately EUR 1.20 billion at the time of the release. Proceeds from bond issuances may be used for general corporate purposes and eligible projects supporting energy integration and decarbonization.

Snam’s investor-relations calendar lists November 11, 2026, for the interim financial report as of September 30, 2026, together with a resolution on the payment of the interim 2026 dividend.
