SKF Vertevo distribution approved
At an extraordinary general meeting on October 1, Aktiebolaget SKF resolved to distribute all shares in its wholly owned subsidiary SKF Vertevo AB to SKF shareholders, according to SKF's release published by Cision. Five SKF Class A shares entitle holders to one SKF Vertevo Class A share, and the same ratio applies to Class B shares.
The expected record date is November 27, 2026, while the first day of trading in SKF Vertevo shares is expected on December 1. SKF said a prospectus is planned for publication in November, and that its Automotive segment will be reported as discontinued operations in the third-quarter report.
Artificial intelligence campaign

SKF said the character was created with text prompts rather than archival photographs or footage, and that the production was developed with the Greta Garbo estate and her family.
