H2Offices divestment in Budapest
Skanska said on September 25, 2026, that it had divested the second phase of the H2Offices office complex in Budapest, Hungary, for EUR 98 million, or about SEK 1.1 billion. The buyer is ERSTE Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund, represented by ERSTE Alapkezel? Zrt.
The company said the transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the third quarter of 2026, while the property transfer is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The second phase is planned to offer about 22,000 square meters of leasable space, fully leased to a global company under a 10-year agreement. The building is under construction and scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
