INRY said it purchased EmployeeWorks in March 2026 and went live in six weeks, replacing a legacy portal with a conversational AI front door. The release said the system connects with tools including Microsoft Teams, Jira and SharePoint, and supports tasks such as opening and tracking tickets, submitting paid-time-off requests and filing expense reports.
