Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) repurchased 189,000 of its own A shares between September 21 and September 25, according to a SEB release distributed by Cision. The purchases totaled SEK 44.14 million at a weighted average price of SEK 233.5588 per share and were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE on behalf of SEB.
The repurchases are part of a SEK 1.25 billion capital-management program running from July 16 through October 20, 2026.
