Sage stock: company sets make-whole amount for EUR 500 million notes

Sage set the make-whole amount for its EUR 500 million notes due in 2028 at EUR 1,005.40 per EUR 1,000 nominal amount, according to an issuer announcement carried by Investegate.
Redemption terms
The Sage Group plc said the 3.820 percent notes, with a total principal amount of EUR 500 million and maturity on February 15, 2028, were scheduled for redemption on September 28, 2026. Sage also said it would pay EUR 23.55 per EUR 1,000 for accrued but unpaid interest covering the period from February 15, 2026, through the day before redemption.
Listing cancellation
Sage said the notes would be canceled after full redemption and that it would request cancellation of their listing on the Financial Conduct Authority's official list and their admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
