Rio Tinto announced on October 1, 2026, that ownership of the Argyle Pink Diamonds brand had transitioned to luxury jewelry designer group Boodles, according to the company's Argyle update.

Under the agreement, Boodles acquired the last remaining Argyle pink diamond inventory and assumed ownership of a suite of associated trademarks, as well as the brand's website and digital marketing assets, Rio Tinto said in the same company update.
