Porsche AG stock was at EUR 45.26 after-hours at 9:23 p.m. CEST on September 29, 2026, up EUR 0.77, or plus 1.73 percent, versus the EUR 44.49 prior close at Lang & Schwarz.
Recent strategic transaction
In a September 9 release, Porsche Newsroom reported that Porsche AG had completed the sale of its stakes in Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Group after regulatory approval. The Porsche AG Group expects proceeds of approximately EUR 1 billion and plans to use EUR 250 million to further fund pension obligations.
The company said the transaction would increase its full-year 2026 Automotive Net Cash Flow Margin outlook to 5.5 to 7.5 percent from the previous forecast of 3 to 5 percent. The prior forecast did not include effects from divestments, according to the release.
Battery recycling milestone
In a September 17 release, Porsche Newsroom said Porsche and partners including recycling specialist cylib had produced battery cells whose cathode active material was made entirely from recycled raw materials.
The recycled materials included lithium, nickel, cobalt and manganese. Porsche said end-of-life high-voltage batteries from its centers in Germany had been recycled through a water-based process since May 2026, with recovered materials expected to be available for new battery-cell production from 2028.
