In a separate October 6 filing, PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. reported through the Warsaw Stock Exchange that it had received a notification from PKO Bank Polski concerning transactions in financial instruments. The filing identified the notification as relating to a person closely associated with PGE Supervisory Board member Piotr Stolarczyk.
