In a release dated October 1, Österreichische Post AG said it had completed the acquisition of 100 percent of Serbian parcel provider D Express after receiving approval from the relevant competition authority. D Express and City Express, which is already a wholly owned subsidiary of Österreichische Post AG, are expected to gradually combine their operations.
