Novo Nordisk stock: Repurchases reached DKK 10.25 billion

Novo Nordisk reported further share repurchases through October 2 in a company announcement published October 5. The company said the transactions were conducted under its ongoing B-share repurchase program.
Repurchase program update
According to Novo Nordisk, 21,845,000 B shares had been repurchased under the program for an accumulated transaction value of DKK 6,447,270,879. The program covers purchases of up to DKK 11,200,000,010.45 from May 6, 2026, through February 1, 2027, as part of an overall repurchase program of up to DKK 15 billion over 12 months.
As of October 2, Novo Nordisk said it had repurchased 36,604,179 B shares since February 4 at an average price of DKK 279.95 per share. The company reported a total transaction value of DKK 10,247,270,869 and said its treasury shares totaled 50,644,876 B shares, equivalent to 1.1% of share capital.
