NN Group stock: company details agentic AI use across businesses

NN Group outlined its move from AI experimentation toward agentic AI, with systems that can take actions within business processes. The company said it has developed AI capabilities since 2015 and that, as of 2026, agents are carrying out complete sequences of work across parts of its businesses in an effort to make routine work faster and more consistent while retaining human oversight. According to the company, AI agents can complete all 14 checks in a typical glass-damage claim, allowing employees to focus on exceptions, judgment and accountability. Flood-risk research initiative
Nationale-Nederlanden, NN Group’s Dutch non-life insurance business, and the Amsterdam School of Economics at the University of Amsterdam launched the Flood Insurance and Risk Management research initiative on September 10, 2026. The project will examine water-related risks including flooding and heavy rainfall and develop models and insights for climate adaptation. NN Group said.
