She Scales initiative expands nationwide
NatWest Group said on October 5 that NatWest Accelerator is expanding its She Scales initiative across the UK. The pilot delivered 68 events across 13 Accelerator hubs since March 2026, generating more than 1,800 attendances. Feedback from 211 attendees across 10 hubs found that 95.7 percent were satisfied or very satisfied, while every respondent said the program left them more confident or better equipped as a female founder.
The initiative combines monthly networking, co-working, practical learning and a digital community. NatWest Group said the Female Founders Community in the NatWest Accelerator app had grown to more than 1,900 members in under six months.
