Second-quarter results

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Linde reported sales of $9.289 billion, compared with $8.495 billion a year earlier. Operating profit was $2.554 billion, while net income attributable to Linde plc was $1.928 billion. Diluted earnings per share rose to $4.15 from $3.73 in the prior-year quarter, according to the company's Form 10-Q filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

For the first six months of 2026, Linde reported sales of $18.070 billion, net income attributable to Linde plc of $3.785 billion and diluted earnings per share of $8.13. Operating cash flow was $4.511 billion, while capital expenditures totaled $2.780 billion, the filing said.
