KPN announces leadership changes
In a release dated October 1, 2026, Koninklijke KPN N.V. said Wouter Stammeijer will become chief financial officer effective November 1. Vladimir Cibic will become chief technology officer on the same date and will be nominated for appointment to the Board of Management at the 2027 annual general meeting.
Supervisory board and structure
KPN also said Piero Overmars will be nominated as a new Supervisory Board member at the 2027 annual general meeting. The company said its Chief People Officer will report directly to the CEO effective October 1 as part of a simplified leadership structure, with a five-member Board of Management.
