AI server power solution
The reference design meets the Open Compute Project Open Rack V3 specification and is intended for server original equipment manufacturers and design manufacturers. Infineon said the design reaches peak efficiency above 98 percent at 480 VAC and 50 percent load, with power density of 116 W/in³ compared with the specification's 94 W/in³ minimum. The company release said the solution supports a three-phase input range of 311 to 528 VAC and ambient temperatures from minus 5°C to 45°C.
Tomorrow, the next scheduled company date is October 12, 2026, when Infineon plans to showcase the PSU at the OCP Global Summit in San Jose, California. Infineon also said the solution will be shown at the event through October 15.
