Indra Group acquires Dares Technology
In a press release dated October 1, 2026, Indra Group said it had acquired the whole of Dares Technology. The Barcelona-based company specializes in image processing for synthetic-aperture radar systems and has developed its own radar.
Indra Group said the technology will be integrated into its Tarsis drone family to support the development of Class I unmanned systems weighing less than 150 kilograms. The acquisition also brings 27 specialists into Indra’s Radar Center of Excellence and expands the group’s portfolio in its Weapons & Ammunition business, according to the investor-relations page.
