Interim results and outlook
In its September 9, 2026 interim report, Inditex reported that first-half 2026 sales increased 7.6% to EUR 19.8 billion. Gross profit rose 8.3% to EUR 11.6 billion, while the gross margin reached 58.7%. EBITDA increased 7.8% to EUR 5.5 billion, and net income rose 6.8% to EUR 3.0 billion.
Inditex said first-half 2026 sales in constant currency increased 9% from August 1 through September 7, 2026. The company also said its fiscal 2025 final dividend of EUR 0.875 per share will be paid on November 2, 2026.
