First-half performance
In its September 9, 2026 interim results release, Inditex said first-half 2026 sales increased 7.60 percent to EUR 19.8 billion. Sales in constant currency rose 9.20 percent, while net income increased 6.80 percent to EUR 3.0 billion.
The company reported funds from operations of EUR 4.1 billion, up 11.00 percent from the prior-year period. It also said the FY2025 final dividend of EUR 0.875 per share will be paid on November 2, 2026.
Second-half outlook
Inditex said store and online sales in constant currency increased 9.00 percent between August 1 and September 7, 2026, compared with the same period a year earlier. For 2026, the company expects a stable gross margin within plus or minus 50 basis points and plans ordinary capital expenditure of about EUR 2.3 billion, alongside close to EUR 200 million of extraordinary capital expenditure.
