Humana outlines 2027 Medicare Advantage plans
Humana said its 2027 Medicare Advantage plans will be available in approximately 2,600 counties across 45 states and Washington, D.C., representing more than 80% of U.S. counties, according to a Business Wire release. The company also said it would expand Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans into Pennsylvania, Utah and Wisconsin.
The plans include $0 cost-sharing on in-network primary care visits and labs, dental, vision and hearing benefits, and $0 or low monthly premiums, subject to plan eligibility and contract renewal. Humana said it is standardizing core benefits across much of its Medicare Advantage portfolio to simplify plan comparisons.
