In a September 16, 2026 release, Holmen said its nomination committee for the period until the 2027 annual general meeting consists of Board Chairman Fredrik Lundberg, Bo Selling of L E Lundbergföretagen, Lars Ericson of the Kempe Foundations and Mattias Sjödin of Carnegie Fonder. Bo Selling is chairman of the committee.

Shareholder proposals must be submitted by January 12, 2027, for consideration by the committee. Holmen’s 2027 annual general meeting is scheduled to take place in Stockholm on April 8, 2027.
