Hochtief’s U.S. subsidiary Turner was selected by the U.S. Air Force as one of eight contractors for the Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization, or FARM III, program, according to a Turner Construction Company release dated September 30, 2026. The multiple-award contract has a combined ceiling of $900 million and covers mechanical and electrical work, instrumentation, data systems and controls, design-build services, and construction. Turner said individual task orders may be awarded through September 4, 2034.
