HelloFresh lowers 2026 outlook
In an ad hoc announcement dated September 24, 2026, EQS News reported that HelloFresh SE expected third-quarter 2026 revenue to decline 11 percent to 12 percent year over year in constant currency. Adjusted EBITDA was expected to range from EUR 45 million to EUR 55 million in constant currency.
HelloFresh also lowered its full-year 2026 outlook to a constant-currency revenue decline of 9 percent to 11 percent and adjusted EBITDA of EUR 350 million to EUR 370 million.
