Third-quarter profitability improved
In its nine-month report published on September 24, 2026, H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB reported third-quarter net sales of SEK 57,189 million for the period from June 1 through August 31, 2026. Sales increased 1 percent in local currencies compared with the prior-year quarter.
Operating profit increased to SEK 6,037 million, corresponding to an operating margin of 10.6 percent. H&M said purchasing, cost control and more efficient operations supported profitability, while continued disruptions in the European logistics network and global supply chain affected sales.
