Gerresheimer AG said in a EQS News release dated October 1, 2026, that it had completed the sale of its U.S. subsidiary Centor. The combined enterprise value for Centor and Gerresheimer's global Primary Packaging Plastics business is approximately EUR 1.5 billion, with Centor accounting for about half. The company said proceeds from the Centor transaction will be used to reduce debt, while closing of the Primary Packaging Plastics sale is expected in the first half of 2027.
