Rina-S Phase 2 results
In a media release dated October 3, Genmab reported results from Part C of the Phase 1/2 RAINFOL-01 trial for rinatabart sesutecan, or Rina-S, in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Among 109 treated patients, the investigational antibody-drug conjugate achieved a confirmed objective response rate of 45.9 percent, including five complete responses. Median duration of response was 12.1 months, while median progression-free survival was 9.5 months. Genmab said the findings were presented at the 2026 International Gynecologic Cancer Society Congress in Montreal.
