Hospital services reorganization
Fresenius said on September 16 that it will integrate the hospital services it provides internally for Helios into Helios Kliniken GmbH effective January 1, 2027. Around 1,700 of the more than 4,000 employees of Fresenius Health Services, together with their service companies, are expected to transfer to Helios. Fresenius’ investor-relations materials list second-quarter 2026 consolidated revenue of EUR 5,864 million and EBIT of EUR 719 million, both before special items.
