In a Ferrari N.V. release distributed by GlobeNewswire on September 21, the company reported purchases under the EUR 250 million third tranche of its multi-year buyback program. Between September 14 and September 18, Ferrari bought 53,717 common shares across Euronext Milan and the NYSE for total consideration of EUR 19,064,424.04.
The release said that, from January 5 through September 18, Ferrari had purchased 1,833,249 own common shares on the two exchanges, including transactions for sell to cover, for total consideration of EUR 557,516,524.63.
