In an official release dated October 5, Euronext said Volare Shipping listed on Euronext Growth Oslo. Euronext described the admission as its 68th listing of 2026. The listing followed a private placement that raised approximately USD 500 million, equivalent to NOK 4.73 billion, through the issuance of 30.7 million new shares.
The same release said Volare Shipping had six very large crude carriers in operation and eight newbuild vessels on order. It reported that 70,319,479 shares were admitted to trading and that the opening price was NOK 169 per share.
New financial indices
Euronext also announced that the Euronext Financials Europe 10 index family would be calculated and disseminated from October 5. The index announcement, dated September 29, identified Euronext Amsterdam as administrator of the new indices, which are denominated in euros and use a European market-close schedule.
