In a release dated October 2, 2026, Eurofins Scientific said it had completed the acquisition of Element Materials Technology’s Life Sciences Testing Services business in North America. The closing took place on October 1, 2026, at an enterprise value of USD 400.00 million. The acquired operations include 27 laboratories and facilities, employ approximately 750 staff and are expected to generate annual revenue of more than USD 150.00 million in 2026, according to the company.
